Shipping Information

 

Currently, Peachly is shipping US Domestic only, but we hope to be expanding our horizons soon. We A-PEACH-IATE your Patience!

 

 

Packaging: 

Discreet shipping is important to us, because we know it’s important to you. 

So don’t sweat it, packages will arrive in discreet packaging. 

All orders will arrive in plain brown boxes, plain brown envelopes, or in USPS priority shipping boxes, if applicable (see below).

Shipping Labels: 

Our company name and logo will not be listed anywhere on the shipping label. The shipping label will have our company initials, "PS Shop," or "Shipping Department" listed as the name on the return address.

Order Processing Times: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This means that orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days once order is received, however, we will always aim to get your package on its way to you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Missing or Damaged Packages:

Once an order has shipped and the customer has received tracking information about their order, Peachly is not responsible for loss or damaged packages.
